So only at renewal, which means it is just the question of whether or not getting this TOR is a pending prosecution or not?
The renewal is due tomorrow, so you're obliged to tell them. Whether the officer has ticked the box or not, you can be in no doubt that you've been warned about possible prosecution.
Alternatively, wait until you're convicted, and tell them then. When they see the date of the offence, they will conclude that you misled them at renewal time, and the **** will hit the fan.
Yep, probably not what the OP wants to hear! But if he/she doesn't disclose it now, it'd have to be disclosed at renewal next year wouldn't it? So he'd still see premiums go up, and possibly have an issue if they look at the date as Car 54 says...
