I don't know if the IPC will do anything, but you never know. There might just be porcine aviation following a blood moon.

I would complain to the DVLA though with the tagged images showing the PPC has issued PCNs at a place where there is no signage and therefore there could not possibly be a contract between the motorist and the PPC and therefore they had no business obtaining keeper details.

Thanks again, will get on this asap and keep you posted

I have emailed my complaint to IPC who have sent a automated reply stating:
"Please note, messages sent to this email address will not be responded to."

They have further advised to appeal to the operator first (UKCPM Ltd). In regards to the lodging the complaint with them I have found a link on the IPC website whereby I have to enter my details and then they will allow me to post my complaint via their website portal (not email).

Emailed the DVLA - they said it was a Breach of code of practice and will foward my complaint to the IPC

I have not sent anything to the UKCPM Ltd yet. Can you advise if I should email them using the NEWBIE template and add my facts from my complaint, as their appeals procedure does show and email and request appeals to be in writing, I have however found a email from their complaints policy.
Also should I just write about all teh Parking Charge Notices on one email or will I have to write each one seperately. I have loads photo evidence of the breach.

Any advice in this regard is appreciated guys.

Do that, and point out the DVLA's interest and state that UKCPM should be sanctioned.

I would let UKCPM stew. After all, there is NO appeal that works with scum ex clamper firms in the IPC; the appeal option is a charade. They will soon find they are being investigated, given the DVLA interest.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thanks Coupon Mad

In regards the appeal with UKCPM should I bother or just stick with one emailed complaint to them (UKCPM) for all the tickets.

I edited to add not to bother with the futile 'appeal' offered, IMHO.
