Forgive me for not being clear the sale was to an owner of a motor trader company ... but it was a private Sale, so he bought it privately for his own use not for the company.... sorry it got confusing there
he is a motor dealer , he gave you a receipt with garage info , or his own private house?
he cannot be dealer and private at same time0 -
Maybe £0 tax, but the fine for failing to notify change if keeper is the same, whether the tax is free or £600.
Showing insured, your insurer may take a while to remove your policy.
