Wow. Your defence was meant to be ready, regardless of knowing no facts. This happens to people all the time and they don't just not bother to write a defence! You will have seen from the examples in the NEWBIES thread, written by bargepole, that you can use a generic and concise version covering all bases, fairly blind to any facts & details.
It is that easy and that's why the NEWBIES thread gives you those defences.
Why not simply copy the one that another CEL victim has managed to write today? They managed to put one together based on defences they'd read from brgepole and me.
