    Mine is slightly higher. I multiply by 11.2 ..Using the gas conversion formulae is more accurate but multiplying units used by 11.2 is close enough for me..so gas bill since Npower took over is £1383 with standing charges..add 5% if the tariff does nt include it, approx another £64.
    OP, are Npower possibly collecting a large catch up bill on the electricity underpayments ? I have personally seen Npower backbill a young lady £2000 , without any explanation why, because over the years they had transposed her day/night Eco 7 readings.
