Wow you have a lot to buy for Homegrown0!!
What sorcery did you use to get £15 gifts for free?!?!
Dxxx0 -
Haha i wish it was sorcery!
I did actually pay for the gifts, but they were actually for the kids' birthdays last year but by the time we saw them it was Christmas time. I bought Christmas gifts too and intended on giving them the birthday gifts too but the parents hadn't brought birthday gifts for my two (who'd had birthdays in the mean time too) so to save any embarrassment to the parents i just kept them aside.
They are having a birthday party this year (likely joint as there's only a week between their birthdays) and we'll be going to that for sure, so just keeping the presents by. Didn't think there was any use in claiming i'd spent the money on the gifts in this budget, given i bought them early 2018!
So, for the purposes of this, they're FREE!Sealed Pot Challenge 075

Morning all!
So I spent last night hunting for my wage slips (will phone the student loan people today and tell them I've paid off my loan yaaaay!!).
Managed to find two birthday cards that I can use this year, a 'lego' set that I'd won last year and stashed, plus another roll of wrapping paper and a pack of tissue paper! And two unopened gift sets that will most definately be getting regifted this year!
Oh, and a £20 Pizza express voucher that someone bought us for christmas, it was a thoughtful gift but..... I'm not really a pizza express fan so.... I'll regift that as well0 -
Go you!
I bought a new handbag and it was stuffed full of grey tissue paper, I was just about to bin it then I thought this is ideal to put in with gifts in gift bags.

Dolly that's a good idea to keep the tissue paper!!
I bought one of those wrapping paper storage things from Ikea, so all my christmas and birthday paper is in that, along with anything else I find for wrapping. Got 2 gift bags for my birthday last week, so I've put them in the storage box as well to reuse :rotfl:
Found a roll of wrapping paper in my boot there at lunch time, will take that into the house tonight and stash it away with the rest, mon the Marie Kondo :rotfl:0 -
I have 2 rolls of wrapping paper in my boot, they have been there for years :rotfl:
I'm sure I will use them at some point!
