How do I post a new thread?
This is a messy and confusing site

It is easy, as long as you are not using a phone. Stop using a phone if you were.

If it is a Council PCN you need to go to pepipoo forum:

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=30

We major in PRIVATE parking tickets.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

I fear that, if you are struggling with this very simple forum, you will find that appealing against a genuine council ticket is no easier.

    Are you using a 'phone?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Use the Forum Jump "GO" button you will find in the top or bottom right of this page.

Then, read the sticky thread for NEWBIES.

If you need further help, click on the newthread.gif button which will be just above the NEWBIES that asks you to read it first before starting a new thread.

Take your time reading the NEWBIES. It is not something you can skim. It will take several brews and at least one plate of biscuits.

Many thanks for your response Fruitcake

I have made appeals against the parking charge notices with automatic acknowledgements so the appeals were received. However the council didn't respond to the appeals and went straight to sending charge certificates. I don't know who would be a match for Ealing Council who seemed pretty bad

For a council ticket, forget the NEWBIES and go to pepipoo.com. We only deal with private parking charges here on MSE.

You will need to register on pepipoo with a non-Hotmail email address then read the FAQs before posting both sides of your redacted PCN.
