Major problems with Help to Save: logged in this evening to see if there was a firm date when my first bonus would be paid (has been 'from 1st April'. It now says that I am due a bonus 50% of £1200, which is... £0! It also gives a message about not being eligible for a final bonus - which is nonsense, as I haven't even begun year 3 yet. Almost mimics a what might have been a millennium bug issue! No email from them, nor message within my account. Going to phone tomorrow (if I can get through) to try to work this out.

I rang HMRC today. Spoke with a very helpful person who said that they were aware of the problem and were looking into providing a solution ASAP. Not to worry though, they said, as the correct bonus will be paid into your bank account. I think that the software guys (well, all of them, actually) probably have their hands pretty damned full at the mo'. Happy to know that I'll be able to count on the cash, though!1 -

I haven't received my bonus yet. I've been poking around on the internet and can't find any information on it. Perhaps the offices are closed because of the China virus.0
