    Well listen to this.I have just been going threw old paper work and discovered that southern water was still billing me up to feb 2016 lol.They sold the dept march 14th and got settled and default started the same date. Im starting to think i was never served a notice and a dept cant be sold without one being issued.And to still be billing me 2 years on well.

    Did you inform them when you moved out if that was the case?

    No i dont think so but this dont add up.The dept was sold in 2014 .Southern water billed me for the full amount .The default started the day they sold the dept.

    I started the account in march 2013 .Never paid a penny and was not defaulted for 8 months,the day it was settled and contract ended
