BPA complaint

I'm complaining to BPA about an operator not following the rules while in the middle of an appeal. But BPA have looked up my parking case on here. Should I worry they'll use the background info against my complaint?

Does not matter, you complained to the BPA, they must reply and it's their reply to you that you should post here

I'd actually encourage the BPA to keep looking in then they might get an alternative insight to the full panoply of issues caused by their members.

Steve Clark excepted from the above, as I know he does look in and will already be fully aware - a decent man, but no doubt a wage slave to this industry. If he ever shakes off the shackles, what an adviser he'd be here.

He's always been more helpful than unhelpful whenever we have advised posters to email him. But we do need to be very selective about who we advise to do so, otherwise we might lose his preparedness to get involved if bombarded with trivia.

Steve Clark could well make a lot of money as an independent advisor ... but, would not the information he has crash the BPA

Not many companies around now that collect monies from scammers and are happy to do so whilst making false claims that they are driving up standards ????

They still belong in that multi storey car park in the Gobi desert

Do remember that they fobbed off the government with POFA2012 and as bargepole says ...... they lied

You seem to have a regular 'down' on Steve Clark BG, but I can't find any foundation for your rants in his direction. There's certainly no one of his standing in the IPC (not that I'm convinced he would want to be linked to any comparison!)

Maybe I've missed something that you've spotted along the way?

Not a "down" but he is Head of Business Operations yet cannot control all the BPA scammers we see on here

But surely no one expects him to be 'in control' of them. The BPA is a members' organisation, not an executive controlling body.

It's a bit like belonging to your local golf club, then them trying to control how you live your life!

He'd have to switch golf clubs - and Knutsford is a very long way from Hayward's Heath! Maybe he'd be subject to a full committee interview before acceptance too.
