But surely no one expects him to be 'in control' of them. The BPA is a members' organisation, not an executive controlling body.

It's a bit like belonging to your local golf club, then them trying to control how you live your life!

We beg to differ. What I do know about my local golf club, if you break the rules too many times, you are out

The BPA scammers are indeed members for access to the DVLA
There is no other purpose for them being members.
As a members organisation they lack due care and attention unless
it is run like an open prison.

And the IPC members are defectors who still need DVLA access
but enjoy the added bonus of the scam IAS and Gladstones

A bit like the BPA, not much of that happening these days as membership numbers drop and money becomes short.

And even when the odd person is shown the door, it would be a decision made by a number of people, it wouldn't be the 'gift' of just one individual.

And as in SC's case, you can't pin the entire woes of a golf club just on its Secretary.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I would be very happy in the knowledge that the BPA were reading my posts.

They preside over an industry so rotten that even our elected members are in agreement that they need to be closed down.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • I've also Met Steve in person and he is a decent guy. Also met people from certain Debt collection companies and they are as odious as the companies they run!!
