    After all your lovely suggestions dd ended up deciding that she did fancy them after all (hunger's good sauce and all that) and she chucked them in the airfryer with some spices sprinkled over them and a teeny drizzle of oil. Flippin' good they were too!

    I do still have another pack lurking in the freezer so will probably make the strata as suggested.
