  • I've run out of popcorn on this one!

Why have you not been to the depot yet? I did twice back in November with my Black Friday phones, one was not working and I had to replace it two days later. Just this week I have been and picked up another parcel. No problem!

And amazingly everyone in the country lives exactly the same distance from a DPD depot that you do.

It is on the way home, otherwise I would rearrange the delivery!
  • Why have you not been to the depot yet?
Are you a part time worker?

It is on the way home,
Ahhh that's the answer. It's next door to you.

The answer to your original question is already in this thread. Go find it if it bothers you that much.
  • Have you tried taking this up with the company/person you purchased the item from? They may be able to offer a different form of delivery or a drop box instead? Many local supermarkets have drop boxes or local convenience stores have collect plus?

Hope you get the issue sorted.
  • It got sorted in the end. I collected it.

Now i know full well that certain members will be climbing up on to their perch right now ready to point and sneer saying how they said that earlier.

Like i said, the depot is out of my way, a good amount out of my way. It's a fair drive. However i went on a 200 mile drive to visit some family members and as the journey cut reasonably close to the depot i decided to call in. I'm sure this wont stop the finger pointing and sneering though.

More issues at the depot - the number on the parcel had changed for some reason, so it took them a while to identify it.

    Anyway, it's sorted now.
