IP address blocked by MSE

My home IP address has been BANNED by MSE
No reason given - just a message "Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address" whenever I try to access (even READ !) any posting !
I have emailed "MSE Support" - but why has this happened

I am posting this via VPN - Which proves that it is not an account related issue !
I am using TalkTalk

    It’s not “your” IP address as such. Just one that you happen to have been allocated currently. Someone else would have had it before you, and someone else will get it after you.

    Drop the connection and reconnect to get a new one.

    Tried that - even rebooting the router doesn't renew address
    Tried IP CONFIG /RELEASE + IPCONFIG/RENEW - IP Fixed
  • Rebooting router won't work in most cases, you will need to leave it off for a while and that isn't guaranteed to work.
    Ipconfig will never alter your external address. best way is call TT (good luck) and ask them to refresh it

    It can take hours, if not days to get a new one depending on the ISP

    Have you ben copying and pasting from Word, that will do it!

    Sorted - left fibre router off for 1/2 hour - when came back on - new IP address
