The complaint is not about ITAL.but ital are not members of the BPA , apart from the corporate section which anyone can join , how can you sanction or tell a non member to behavePRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

agreed , the complaint is indigo/zzps whilst an appeal is taking place or after a win
however its not popla , its not a parking ticket ital appeal system is not regulated by BPA , it don't exist in the eyes of code of practice
and as stated above ITAL seem to be telling porkies and not adhering to any COP , or government rules
so should be avoided0 -
I honestly do not understand your hostility to Steve Clark, he actually works pretty hard and i have had cause to
speak to him many times over quite a number of years and never had a problem with him
It cannot be denied that the BPA interest is towards its members but that does not stop certain people actually be helpful and decent.
The same can be said of some parking companies employees and some solicitors employees.
The trouble with some users on here is they dont see beyond their anger and hostility on the keyboard. against the industry and tar everyone with the same brush.
In addition there were issues with POPLA at the beginning where debt collector letters or other similar letters were sent out after a motorist won. This was easily sorted out by copying BPA into any complaint.0 -
I have no hostility to steve clarke , in fact he has assisted and been helpful to me in the past
I cannot stop laughing at
"The same can be said of some parking companies employees and some solicitors employees"
those peoples wages are paid on results , no income to scum and Co , no job
The trouble with some users on here is they dont see beyond their anger and hostility on the keyboard. against the industry and tar everyone with the same brush
will you be going on trustpilot and recommending parking co,s next0 -
Sorry but its simply not the case that parking company employees are paid on results!
No i am not defending the practices of parking companies AT ALL, but you make out that everyone involved are some kind of modern day highway men.0 -
the day that parking Co,s remove ANPR and stupid machines and Apps , and put a bloke on the ground to ASSIST with parking and to HELP people , they will go bust
ANPR systems are only 50% as effective as government type ones , councils were TOLD to remove them on land they controlled due to faults
Sorry but its simply not the case that parking company employees are paid on results!
umm , they make very little money on the basic contract to patrol , most seem to charge £40 per sign , there income is made up of parking charges , and without people paying up , they could not afford to hire staff
so in essence I disagree with "Sorry but its simply not the case that parking company employees are paid on results!"
would you like me to continue and mention VCS who pay the airport £250,000 per year , whats that for , not to assist people , its to turn there £250,000 into millions every year0 -
Hoping that happens.the day that parking Co,s remove ANPR and stupid machines and Apps , and put a bloke on the ground to ASSIST with parking and to HELP people , they will go bust

I am well aware of what VCS pay for certain sites in their various contracts0

At LJLA I thought out was £25,000 with a percentage from ticket revenue. I think you might be a bit heavy-handed on the '0' button @ TWC.would you like me to continue and mention VCS who pay the airport £250,000 per year , whats that for , not to assist people , its to turn there £250,000 into millions every year
Watch out when inputting your VRM into a PPC P&D keyboard.

many many yrs ago when I was nothing but a young lad , ok I lied , back in early 00s , a guy I knew who had dance studio in town centre rented a car park that closed after office workers , say 7pm
I sat in a little van with side door open (and big gas fire on) , boss paid £xxx per night to company for use , but it was worth it place shut at 2pm , anyone , ANYONE could park up , £2 per night , however if you showed your fance ticket it was free , non dancers were £2
deal was I sorted it , and kept £1 from each payer , no apps no tablets no mucking about , dance members were happy , people clubbing were happy for there cars to be LOOKED after0
