This thread on Pepipoo makes shocking reading: http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=125138
ZZPS still sending threatening letters after ITAL had allowed appeal. Incredible incompetence. It’d be funny if it wasn’t so desperate.

nothing to do with bpa , they have washed there hands , its a penalty notice not a parking notice the BPA do not do penalties only private parking tickets , and I actually feel sorry for anyone attempting a ITAL appeal https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=75321787&postcount=24
Mr clarke of the BPA has commented on there website , but he can only comment , he cannot force a change , ITAL are members of the BPA , but only corporate members (you can join as well!) the bpa logo displayed at ITAL is the corporate one , which sits nicely next to the indigo logo0 -
It IS to do with the BPA. Indigo are in the BPA AOS and cannot allow ZZPS to demand money in these circumstances.

indigo dont exist any more ! and they never gave a hoot to the BPA , they have extracted the %%%% for yrs without so much as a "boo" from BPA
MR clark will not get involved because ITAL is not one of the govs 2 recognised appeal services , and they are not parking charges0 -
No, Mr Clark agreed to it. An email question was recently asked:''Are ITAL appeals for railway land which are won by the motorist binding on the operator as POPLA appeals are?''
Answer:The short answer is ‘Yes’.
I would not have countenanced this change otherwise.
All the best

yup , but its the BPA code of practice that state no debt collectors whist appeal or appeal won , this is NOTHING to do with BPA code
and BPA is parking tickets not penalty , penalty are not mentioned in COP
if the Pepipoo link is true and debt recovery chasing after appeal it shows what liers ital are0 -

Of course it is, as he 'countenanced' the change. The BPA are behind it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

but ital are not members of the BPA , apart from the corporate section which anyone can join , how can you sanction or tell a non member to behave , if this was possible he would need extra notepaper to deal with gladrags0 -
