You could try DialNow at http://www.dialnow.com/en/index.html. You can top up with a card payment or a premium rate phone call or even PayPal I think, and then you can access the service via an 0161 access number. I've tried it and had no problems.0 -
u can also try teletop.co.uk0

About TELETOP TOP UP service for international call:
hi there,
i used once teletop to top up my t mobile contract phone- when I sent a text message teletop on to their number - they charged me £5.00 and then when I send the text message teletop off- they charged me twice each time £5.00 that means they have taken £15.00 from my mobile phone account.
i contacted them they want to see the scan of the text messages- i sent them 3 text messages scan- but unfortunately no reply yet - so now I am taking legal action agains them-0 -

You can try using yourchoicevoip who have an international calling package for upto 35 countries including Australia: for £6.99/month. And you can call with your mobile or landline via an 0121 access number or use callback service, which calls you back (if you dont have free mins/credit, etc).
I currently use them as I call Europe/US quite often.

But you only get 500 so called FREE minutes which you pay £6.99p for. So i cant see how they are free.0 -
i have tried the likes of teletop and 18185. But they don't seem to connect at the other end. Am i doing something wrong, or is the service always this ropey? If i have helped, use the thanks button!0

18185 works fine for me,and at least you dont pay if your not connected, unlike dial through numbers.
Have you got the tariff message turned on which ensures you that you are calling via 18185 and provides you with accurate info about the current rate, and are you dialling the full intl dialling code after 18185.
What destination r u trying to reach?,their may be a cheaper way if you have inclusive landline minutes.0
