no plate on V790 - unissued plate

private plate held on [STRIKE]retention certificate[/STRIKE] after paying for this , what is the cost to me to place it on one of my vehicles I know cost of insurance change (admin) , but what do DVLA charge edit : I am reading this Other DVLA transfer costs involve the transfer of a private mark onto a retention document…

no he bought the plate with intention of putting it on a new motorcycle , but decided against buying the bike the plate is MY07 , my o3 , 04 and 06 are still available from dvla as new
