PEA Parking Charge

14 days nearly up- just to clarify before letters begin to arrive are there any circumstances that private owners can take to regulate/control parking on their land- albeit carried out under the instructions of a parking company? From all the advice/queries I have been reading at length it would seem that there is no recourse (other than issuing usual letters/threats) no matter what the "offence" is- is this correct?0

They can sue you in the county court. They could potentially get an injunction to stop you going on their land again but that's unlikely.
That's about it.0 -
Hi- just a quick question- have now received "Pre Enforcement Letter" from DCBL- should I be worried or is this just another level of threat from these gangsters?
thank you0 -

Look on the back of the DCBL and it should say this is NOT a bailiff letter ..... THEN IGNORE, just part of the low level debt collectors
