How long are you expecting to be away? (From / To)
You really think they'll issue a claim so quickly after the LBC times out?1 -

cheers for the reminder. my real name is nothing like my username.
Would you happen to have any opinions on requesting in the SAR that any claim must be for all PCNs issued against me?0 -
cheers for the reminder. my real name is nothing like my username.
Would you happen to have any opinions on requesting in the SAR that any claim must be for all PCNs issued against me?- and a list of all PCNs they consider are outstanding against you and/or this VRN, and remind them that any claim must be for all PCNs in one claim, not several separate claims.1 -
If you read the NEWBIE sticky post # 2, you will see (amongst other items to be requested), this: -
yup, I saw it which is why I raised the question as my situation might warrant excluding that. I actaully have a permit (a visitors one but still valid) and in many of the pcn's I've received the permit ias actually visible and cpm have not bothered chasing up any of these.
this one in particular the permit is not visible so I am wondering if lumping all the pcn's intop one claim would result in my having to pay up for all the pcn's I've received (even the ones where there is a valid permit on display) should I lose my defense0 -
The letter is dated 2019-08-07 and I have 30 days to pay/reply. Obviously I'm not going to pay but I am concerned a claim could be sent whilst I'm away and I'm unable to respond in time.
- deny any debt, but that you
- are seeking debt advice
That last phrase forces them to put the case on hold for another fresh 30 days. Read the pre-action protocol for debt claims from 2017 - that right is in there!this one in particular the permit is not visible so I am wondering if lumping all the pcn's intop one claim would result in my having to pay up for all the pcn's I've received (even the ones where there is a valid permit on display) should I lose my defense
It is far better and less stressful, I would suggest, to have just one hearing if these PCNs are about the same car, site, claimant and defendant.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Send a SAR as soon as possible - they have 30 days in which to respond, and as it's the least of their priorities, they will take that long in most cases. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You are not lumping all the PCNs together in one claim, you are asking the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to send you all the PCNs in your name or your VRM, nothing they don't already know!
a little confused. in the newbie thread it says to ask in the SAR:
- and a list of all PCNs they consider are outstanding against you and/or this VRN, and remind them that any claim must be for all PCNs in one claim, not several separate claims.0
