Quiet week this week. OP today of £9.94 - £4.36 TT and £5.58 leftover grocery budget. Grocery spends nearly up to budget this week but had washing powder, dishie tabs etc to buy. But bought in bulk so hopefully won't need them again for a while.

£41.01 OP tonight - £1.01 TT and £40 from the child benefit. Brings OP for month to £138 so far.
Got £5 reward from bank on the way....wish it would hurry up!!!! I'm getting so impatient these days waiting for monies to arrive that are going for an OP!!

Well that was an OP dry spell. 8 days since my last one! £13.01 OPd tonight from left overs in weekly grocery budget.
One last sweep of accounts may throw up some TTs and leftovers the night before payday hopefully!!

£17.34 swept from accounts to be straight before payday. Have a small backdated pay rise in my pay tomorrow that will boost the monthly regular OP! Not sure how much yet as not been able to download my payslip. Be a nice surprise in the morning!

Very pleasant surprise with back dated pay - £500! Coupled with DHs overtime and all my little and often OPs have resulted in £1700 in total OPd this month. 🥳
So have hit the end of year target with 3 months still to go. Really pleased with this. Will continue to OP and aim to get under £112,000 by end of year if at all possible.

Monthly update time!
October has been v quiet for OPs so not posted much but all in all managed to OP £1256 as DH got some more overtime.
Set myself a mini target of under £110k by end of year. If I manage this then we'll be £6k ahead for next years target. I'm deliberating whether to keep working to the original target or re-calculate based on the new total. Tricky as I know the overtime could always end and scupper an over ambitious target....🤔
