Thanks, SH. I should get the plat tomorrow, take it to the closing attorney, and then it's in their hands.
Paid my 2nd to last OP today of $3300.00. Balance is $4600.00. My knees are shaking now. Will pay $4500.00 either tomorrow or Monday, depends on when my matured CD deposits my funds and then the last $100.00 I have to go in person as they don't take online payments for the very last transaction. Plus they will add whatever interest is there so I can just do that in person at my local branch. I'm giddy at this moment.Mortgage start date Dec 2015 - $64,655.00

Well done! What a Xmas gift !DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Thank you all. I'm still in shock. I checked the bank website today and it said Paid in Full. I'm trying to process it all now. I will pop in every now and again to see everyone's progress and cheer you all on. Now it's just getting ready for the new year business-wise, tax-wise, and personal finance-wise, yay, but hopefully even more exciting things to come.Mortgage start date Dec 2015 - $64,655.00
