    Well that's not a CCJ! You need to be clear about the terms you are using, because if we took at face value that you had received a real CCJ, we would be advising you now to pay the £242.58 being demanded.

    What you do now is to spend some time reading and understanding the entire court process (the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2 tells you all) and learn how to defend this case, otherwise you will end up losing and having to pay the Claimant's claim.

    This isn't a chat-line forum where you ask a question, you get an answer, you undertake that action, then you ask another question ..... It doesn't work like that.

    Ultimately, if this gets to court, you will have to defend yourself in front of the Judge, so you will need to know what to say and how to say it in real time.
