Hi,
After sending **NEWBIES!! PRIVATE PARKING TICKET? Template appeal for BPA or IPC members
I have now received from Euro parking services
Letter before court action ( 3/01/2019 ) within 14 days
I'm new to this forum ,Please advice me the next course of action .

Hi , tried to get advice from other new threat , but I have been advised to start new thread .

But only after reading post #2 in the NEWBIES thread, which covers LBC stage.

We can't keep repeating the same stuff any more than we already do. Come back when you really need individual assistance, when you get a claim to defend.

Who does that letter suggest you pay?

1st letter NOTICE TO KEEPER dated 5th Nov 2018 - Fine £100
emailed to enforcement@europarkingservice.com using **NEWBIES!! PRIVATE PARKING TICKET Template appeal for BPA or IPC members , no reply or acknowledgement email from them.
2nd letter FINAL REMINDER dated 4th December 2018- Fine - £100
3rd letter LETTER BEFORE COURT ACTION dated 3rd Jan 2019 - Fine £160
All 3 letters from Euro Parking services
(also mentioned they would instruct Gladstones Solicitors if they haven't received any response )

Those words "they would instruct Gladstones Solicitors if they haven't received any response" tell us it is not a Letter of Claim.

File it. No need to respond.

Post again on this thread if you get a Letter of Claim from Gladstones or official court correspondence.

Hi , I've received Gladstones solicitors Letter before claim for Euro Parking service limited Letter dated 8th of April 2019 ,
I was in abroad due my dad's medical emergency ,returned yesterday , opened the letter today .
Please advice me what and how should I respond to this letter .

Is it a real LBC, giving you 30 days to reply, include financial forms (that you don't fill in) and include a full POC with all the evidence they intend to rely on? If so, go to NEWBIE thread and read post #2, if not, just sit back and wait for a real LBC.

should I wait for official court correspondence letter ?
