Thank you Moneysavers!
I've just been researching the best way to insure my new Nokia 6500 - so consulted the Mobile Phone Forum posts for help. Following posted advice, I've checked with my house insurance providers and discovered that my phone is already covered by my existing policy. Thank you Moneysavers!!

It may not cover you for calls used if it's stolen. I never take out insurance unless it's free - but it's the cost of the stolen calls which would be worse. However, I put locks on all my phones and my sims and am pretty careful with them. Amazes me how many people don't seem to use both locks - or even one!0

Hmmmm, thanks Mobilejunkie for this advice - I asked the insurance company whether the cost of such calls would be covered, and they said they would - but do you think it would be better for me to get this in writing from them??0

It's always better to do that! Doesn't it say in your policy documents?0
