Is Cheap energy club a SCAM ?

Having joined Cheap energy club a few months ago looking to make some savings from my NPOWER supplier. I asked for all the information ie, What tariff I am on,how much K/W usage etc... I was at the time paying £135pm for both Gas and Electric. With a quote through the club it went down to £101 p/m and I thought Great…

OK, but it would help if you tell us the energy company, the tariff and your region so that we can see what's gone wrong

Similarly, if you tell the CEC then they can correct it.
