    You could have killed it easily with the usual forum style POPLA appeal. Never mind. Ignore the eejits.

    No, but what else can you do?

    Wait for up to six years for a court claim to be initiated.

    Ignore all debt collectors letters in the meantime, but post again on this thread if you ever receive a Letter of Claim or official court correspondence.
