Parking Fine Help Please!

Hello,
I received a PCN back in November for not parking in a marked bay at university. I appealed on the grounds that the uni was hosting multiple events, didn't warn students of this and I was still displaying a valid ticket and was not obstructing anyone or anything. This was rejected. I emailed the university to get assistance but they haven't helped either.
I am now getting letters from zzps (have been for a while) and today received a call that I didn't answer but was apparently from qdr.
What should I do next?

Did you get a PoPLA code with your rejection from the scammers? If so, did you make a second stage appeal to PoPLA?

Yeah, so at the moment it's only been zzps and the one call today which I didn't answer. Only issue is, during the appeal to the uni I did call zzps to freeze the account temporarily. How much damage will that have caused?

you need to look at the reply to your appeal CAREFULLY and see if there is a POPLa code
what date did you appeal and what is the date in the refusal letter
the reply date is important if you are getting harassment from zzps / qdr0 -

Luckily for you they are court-shy, and clueless. Let's hope they never change that position as they are so easy to beat at POPLA.
I have a couple of cases in with POPLA v OPS right now, and 2 other clients who are ignoring court threats from them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
