Brexit the economy and house prices part 7: Brexit Harder

If you want to split the leave vote into people's hopes and ideas, why not do the same for those who voted remain?
Can you link me to a single verifiable quote from two or more Remain supporters arguing about what remain means?
Or a Remain supporter saying that they didn't want a particular "version" of remaining?
Anywhere?
I'll wait........0 -
It's a good day today after that news! Another failed privatisation being reversed after 5 years! I fought so hard against it Trom!:-)
Good on you Moby.
There is no place for Privateers in the criminal justice system.
Perhaps not a discussion for this thread, but it would appear that the big savings in public services have all been made and to privatise or outsource public services now means a diminution in the level of performance.“Britain- A friend to all, beholden to none”. 🇬🇧0 -

Brexit party has full intention to deliver Brexit.
No other party has such intention. That's why they have confusing manifesto where they pledged to honour the referendum result yet actually not willing to leave EU.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0 -
I've just looked at the official Brexit Party website.
I can find no mention at all of ANY policy. Just a list of candidates, events & calls for donations.
We need to know what their policy is. If it is supporting a No-Deal WTO Brexit, they should be shouting it from the rooftops. No vague "delivering the will of the people" BS.
A vote for the Brexit Party would be a vote for the hardest possible form of Brexit.
IF that is what you want, fair enough, but leave people with no doubt about what they will be getting.0 -
The Brexit Party is a single issue party which will fold after the UK leaves the EU.
There is zero possibility of the Brexit Party finding a new purpose and continuing to exist post-Brexit, perhaps under another name. Unlike the Labs / Cons / Libs / Greens etc, it has no political philosophy covering all national issues which a working majority of its executive body and membership will sign up to - and this is the point of it.
It will not be around to negotiate trade deals or other international agreements for the next 50 years.
There is zero point in the Brexit party having a policy on what happens after Brexit as it will not be around to make it happen.
This is not difficult.0 -

I'm not asking what it's policies are for after we leave. I'm asking what their policy is for the process of leaving.
They are a single policy party. Is it really too much to ask what that policy is?
Is a vote for the Brexit Party a vote for the hardest possible Brexit.
YES or NO. As you say. It's not that difficult0 -

I am not aware of Italexit or Grexit parties being created - are you?
Different people face different challenges. Those that are net receivers of funds would be daft to exit per se. The UK as one of only four net contributors to the project. Daft to fund our commercial competitors in Eastern Europe (think Jaguar relocation). Better infrastructure for example is an incentive.0 -
But lots of Brexiters loved to shout that Britain was only the first, that many other countries would soon see the writing on the wall and start leaving etc etc etc. Yet none of that has materialised. Mmmm....0
