Thanks, sorry must be confused. For the defence template, what do I put for section 3? The template wording mentions not seeing the sign etc, but I just genuinely didn't pay, do I just state facts?

As far I as can tell from the documents there isn't a solitiors involved. I'll crack on with the defence.1 -
The n1 claim form will leave you in no doubt if there is a legal firm inv9bed, as they will be listed as where to send docs2
