Water coming from air-bricks

The house is a new house and thanks to all who have offered advise. I will continue to investigate0
-
Can you look inside?
Endoscopic camera would be ideal.
You either have a leak or a natural water source under there!
It's cerrtainly something that the developer should be addressing! Have you told them?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I wouldn't bother investigating any further yourself in this case. Any defects at this point would be down to the developer to fix. You should be reporting it to them ASAP and then keeping on them until they come and investigate and carry out any necessary repairs. Don't let them fob you off.0

I have told the developer absolutely loads of times and all he says is that 'he needs to seek advice' and never gets back to me0

I have an endoscope but the air-bricks are like a periscope and I'm unable to use the endoscope. I have considered drilling through the floor inside of the house to enable the use of the endoscope but this action would breach the DPC membrane0

How are you reporting this to the developer? What is the job title of your contact? They will seek advice from whom, exactly? Do you have a clear paper trail of your communicatiom?
By 'paper trail' I mean e-mails with photographs attached, plus letters sent Signed For/ with proof of posting from the Post Office.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
You could chip the cement and remove the air brick, even if you break it up they are easy to replace. Then you would get a good look at the problem.0

The air-bricks are shaped like a periscope and would be so difficult to remove, but I will consider this, thanks0
