Moving an earth bonding cable

Before I start, I just wanted to check I'm not about to do anything 'unsafe'. A couple of years ago I had a new fuse box fitted, along with the earth bonding cables. OK, in that case, you need a qualified electrician to come up with the least expensive compliant solution.

If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
