If you have proof (ie the online advert), why don't you try one of the local / Sunday national papers? Might embarass them a bit and the papers love that sort of stuff.0

My brother in law's neighbours are swingers and have just installed a jacuzzi as well.
He and his wife politely declined their offer to go round for drinks.
