Dormant account - Lloyds/TSB

I'm not sure if anyone is able to help but I have a dormant bank account with Lloyds Bank/TSB but after using the mylostaccount website I received an email back a few days ago to say that the account couldn't be found. I was wondering what is the next step as I've been into my local Lloyds branch a few times over the over last few months trying to reclaim the money back.
Thanks

TSB split away from Lloyds in 2013. Do you have any paperwork, email, text (or similar) from either bank since then? If not, have you enquired at TSB?0

I have letters from Lloyds bank with my account number and sort code on from last year.0

My Lloyds TSB account became a TSB account when they split.0

What did they tell you had happened to the account number and sort code when you went into the bank?
(I presume you did go in with suitable identification?)0 -
I gave them the letter and checked on their computer but couldn't find any details of my account. The last time I went in to my local branch they told me to go to the website mylostaccount,co.uk
I also tried UK Finance the first time round and the letter I got from Lloyds Bank says that to proceed with accessing my funds I would need to contact my local branch which I did.0 -
If you went into a Lloyds bank branch and they could not find it - could it have been transferred to TSB?
How long has it been dormant and what makes you say that there are funds in it?0 -
Check the sort code here and it will tell you whether it's a Lloyds or TSB sort code:

Doesn't sound like a dormant account?0 -
It has been dormant for over 10 years and there is £76 in there.
Also I have checked the sort code on the above website and it's a Lloyds account0 -

Do you know what kind of account it was?
Was it for example a savings account set up for you by an adult?0
