Landline for elderly

Hello everyone, can you recommend a landline provider for my elderly relative. Landline only, uses approx 60/80 mins a month generally in the evening. She is presently with the Post office and is paying circa £27 - £32 a month . Tried convincing her to use a mobile but she wont!

Other than broadband I haven't used my own landline for several years so don't have a 'feel' for charges

BT have to offer low cost phone lines for people without broadband.

They should have received a notification from the Post Office giving them the opportunity to take up the same offer as above
