O2 complaint e-mail addy or who to complain to?

HELP! Having major trouble getting a phone I ordered from them. Apparently it's been sent out to me but I should have recieved it by THURSDAY and today still nothing. With my order numner I have been contacting them with no help and even DHL and they took down my number and e-mail addy to see if this can be found. I can't spend all my time trying to contact companies as it costs me money and I'm not getting anywhere.

When I got my upgrade over the summer, I had the same problem. Eventually rung them and told them to forget about it and cancel. After a while, they gave me authorisation to pick one up from an O2 store; but with the upgrade agreed over the phone - maybe try that if you still don't get it?

I did get my phone in the end BUT since then I've been getting hassled by calls from a 0845 number and when I spoke to O2 to ask them to change my number their answer was (and I quote) "what do you want us to do about it" I did find emails through google from people high up and seems they want their phone back from the jiffy bag recieved in the post today. Thanks anyway you lot who replied. Shocking they have slipped this low these days.
