Help! How to get an CCJ removed that isnt mine

I can't see how the OP can apply to have someone else's ccj set aside!
The problem here seems to be that the CRAs are linking the two names and addresses. Is it just Experian or all three?0 -
OP - 1)Who has matched it to your address; the County Court or Experian?
2) If the County Court then was it originally at your address or has the address been changed to yours since the claim was issued?
3) Have you ever received a claim form or any other documentation from the County Court? If so then what did you do when you received it.
It would help if you gave a complete timeline detailing everything you've done to try to sort it so far.0 -
Had you received any letters from the company or did you find out about it when you got turned down for equity release ?0

This is like pulling teeth0

It's as clear as mud as to what has happened. Nobody can give meaningful advice until a meaningful timeline is provided.0

Can You give a full break down of the case from start to finish0
