However, very little in life is black and white (pun intentional). I am trying to gauge and seek guidance on the point at which a difference becomes sufficient to complain.
Is that ok?
It was a little tongue in cheek, but the question remains - did the builder replace the carpets with different coloured ones?
Or are you saying that you've now got new carpets in half the house and settled / slightly worn / slightly faded carpets in the other half of the house and would like those replaced too?0
