Wait for FOS decision, May be you are lucky to get a favorable verdict. If not then take them to court is the only solution.
CIFAS marker will be removed in 6 year time. If you want to resume your life get an offshore account(Expensive Solution) where/if you get job salary can be paid.CIFAproblem wrote: »So what do I do next?0 -
What were their specific grounds for dismissing you then?CIFAproblem wrote: »The company accountant refused to pay into an account I was not named on, apparently a business is allowed to do so."In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
My dismissal was based on two points, one the companies inability to pay me a salary, and secondly with recruitment being a sales heavy role I spent alot of time taking clients out on dinners and lunches which would then be expensed later.
My employer supported me via petty cash for a couple of weeks but I wasn't even getting my monthly wage from Barclays so eventually my employer bid me farewell which I can't fault them on.0 -
Whats the procedure and how do I take a bank to court?0

You need to get a lawyer but bear in mind it is a costly matter.CIFAproblem wrote: »Whats the procedure and how do I take a bank to court?0

I think you just need to speak to the right advisor at cifas. I personally know someone who had a cifas marker incorrectly put on them by a bank, cifas removed it the same day as they called. Cifas can be very helpful, call back and maybe ask to speak with someone senior.
You really didn’t have to tell your work that you were not named on your partners account, it would of made zero difference.0 -
You don't need a solicitor for this if you intend to go through the county court with this0
-
If you put you and your partners bank accounts side by side, does any money come in which is not identifiable as your salaries ?0
-
The only money coming into any of our accounts aside from salary at the time was student loans and maintenance from her university at the time.
I will try call back into CIFA today.0 -

Neither of these constitute a valid reason for termination of your employment contract.0
