What age did you wean baby off formula to cows milk?

started using it in foods / meals from around 8 months
then stopped using formula at all,at 12 months0 -
My son went onto cows milk at about 7 months. He was a ferocious eater and took to everything we gave him with relish.
he is now 18 very slim, fit and has hardly had a days illness (except for the odd bout of man flu).
My daughter was completely different and was on formula till about a year. She's fussy about food.
I am a firm believer in mother's intuition. Every child is different0
