Huawei phones and contracts

Hi guys,
I hope someone could give me some advice please?! I upgraded my phone contract with Three in August and got a new Huawei phone. This was just before there was lots of news coverage about concerns the Chinese could use these phones to 'spy' on people, to the extent that certain governments banned Huawei from their networks and this has now also been the case in the UK where BT and the Police have limited their use of Huawei products. Does this give me the right to speak to Three to change my phone if I am concerned that, in the not to distant future, Huawei phones could be banned completely?
Thank you in advance!!

If/when they are banned - then, possibly, yes.
Until then - no.0 -
Much of the UK telecoms infrastructure works on equipment provided by Huawei, whilst there's talk of it being limited in the future, has anything actually been dismantled to date?0

The White House and GCHQ are desperate to avoid spying competition from the Chinese, their technology is too good.0
