Unless the Judge gave you permission to appeal, or you believe the Judge erred in his/her interpretation of the law, you just can't appeal (aka 'have another go') because you don't like the decision, or because 'Gladstones are duping people'.
I'm afraid it seems you are stuck with the judgment - like it or not - and you should pay what the Judge ordered and put it down to (a bad) experience.
Whether the Judge said 14 or 28 days, what are you hoping for here? If you fail to pay the Judgment in time, you risk a credit-trashing CCJ that will ruin parts of your life for the next 6 years.
In your shoes I'd take the safest option and pay within 14 days and be done with it, then get on with the rest of your life. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Did you ask the judge for leave to appeal at the time? If you have not received a letter of judgment, I would call the court and ask them when they sent it or plan to send it. Don't see how you can pay without it else you won't know who to or how to pay.
ETA. Just noticed sage advice from Umkomaas0 -
Thank you so much.
The judge in the ruling said I have to pay to UKCPM within 14 days, I thought it would be more like 28 days.
I havent received any paperwork after the ruling date which was 5th june. Should I wait for some papers to arrive before I pay up.
In all honesty I dont want to pay as this is by all means a miicarriage of Justice and wondered if there is anything that can be done to prevent these private car parking companies duping people
Please advise what the options are after a court ruling.

1. Pay itPlease advise what the options are after a court ruling.
2. Ignore it, get your CCJ and spend the next 6 years regretting not following the advice given. You might also risk a visit from bailiffs.
Do you have any other options you think might work? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
