Thank you, this was the defence that I already made. I made a mistake as i did try to post a query on this site but didnt manage to do so and filed the defence without seeking proper advice. I have been served the DC both by gladstones and Court. So i guess I have to fill in the DC and post ia copy to court and gladstone. Will this be a major problem

You will have to submit your DQ to the court and Gladstones by the date the court imposed. There is nothing you can do about your defence now. If you did an AOS when you received the court papers did you do it by post or using the MCOL on-line facility and then did you submit your defence by e-mail. If you did, you send the DQ to the same e-mail address, if not then by post to the address given in the court papers. Once you have been allocated to a court (don't forget to pick your local court when completing the DQ) you will be told by what date you have to submit a Witness Statement (WS) and evidence. Before you submit your WS, post it in this thread for advice.

thank you I sent my defence by email so now ill send the DQ to the same email as advised. Also I need to send one to gladstones. I will do as advised. many thanks for your help

Hi My case went to court. I idid not have a chance to defend it all. Please can anyone help me.
Wondered if there is any point in pursuing or just pay up the money.

the judge took no more than 4 mins to make a ruling and was not inclined to hear what I had to say or read into what I provided. When he briefly went through my defense , judge in his ruling said I quote ]Even if I look into what you have to say there is no point as the Gladstones will appeal and it will be a waste of everyone's time.
Please help I have evidence to show that UKPC have furnished evidence of signage which was not present at the time of my incident. Also this is not about having ticket but the bay I used.
The bays are not clearly marked which has numbers and as well as VISITORS ONLY sprawled across.

Also in the ruling Judge said I had to pay withing 14 days is this how it is or is it 288 days

Did you mean 28 days? Do you have the ruling? Can you post an image of it (with personal details redacted)? What help do you want? Help with how to pay? Help with appealing? What?

Thank you so much,
Judge while ruling said that I will have to pay in 14 days, but I though it was more like 28 days.
I did not get sent any letter or correspondence about the ruling yet. Ruling was on 5th of June.
Should I wait for paper work to come through.
Also I feel very betrayed by the judge and wondered if it was worth appealing or doing something so that Gladstones dont get away with duping people. Its total miscarriage of Justice.
Please advice on what to so do now.
