    Nationwide Help To Buy ISA: £5,253.07
    Skipton Lifetime ISA £5k (all from last tax year, i.e the £4k plus £1k deposit).

    Total excluding the extra £1k I'll get when I move my Help To Buy ISA money into my Lifetime ISA = £29,225

    Total including the extra £1k I'll get when I move my Help To Buy ISA money into my Lifetime ISA = £30,225

    Remaining forecasted money coming in his month: £1257
    Remaining forecasted expenditure this month: £450

    Expecting to have at the end of the month: £29,857 (or £30,857 if you include the £1k when I move my ISA money).
