Well the plot thickens my end - mainly out of curiosity I decided to check the information supplied in the SAR for the 2x PCN's (I only thought there was 1 ... so that is a joke to start with)

They supplied information about valid payments for both, and both are in full for the duration of my stays (from the ANPR stills also provided).

So actually they had no right to try charge me with a PCN anyway?

I KNEW I would not have not paid for a ticket, and furthermore I didn't stay over the payment time either ... :rotfl:

What will it achieve though? I doubt they are going to adjust how they conduct themselves against individuals until legislation forces them to?

I mean, its less stressful without this looming over my head thats for sure. :rotfl:
