1 handful of small lettershaped chocolatey tea biscuits, set out for trial at supermarket; they were dds' snack today €0,10

New animal-baking-gardening store opening nearby: 1 bag for life, 1 kalanchoe (multicoloured - lovely), 1 bag of cat food, 1 dog toy. Dog toy was immediately passed on to broke friend with dog :) €5.

Private health insurance reimbursed some health costs unexpectedly: €181. (I only recently found out I could submit these costs; I think I missed out on €181 for the first set of dd1's treatment, but I don't really mind. It's still pennies compared to what the public health insurance already paid, and we have decent incomes).

ETA: hurray! I broke through the 1,000-GBP threshold!

    1 cent roadkill
1 lunch from yesterday's leftover business lunch (rolls, rescued immediately after, and it hadn't been out long; kept in fridge overnight) €1

80 loyalty points for buying €6 of meat
80 loyalty points for buying €6 of meat (the sm system has a glitch; it should prevent double points vouchers, but doesn't)
75 loyalty points for buying €25 overall

Remember the customer appreciation baggy I received early October? It contained a bottle of beer, that I drank last night, and handed in the bottle today for a 10 cent refund :)

My company gave a press conference to promote our initiative, including a lunch: €1.
The dessert was a local speciality, that I had only tasted as a supermarket product, and now in real-fresh-from-the-bakery form; it was delicious!

Another 2 small rolls, some salad. I didn't sleep well last night, so I need the extra calories to keep me going ;) €0,50

499 loyalty points for buying a one-pot meal (semi-cooked, fresh, just need to wok/fry until done), making the product free. I picked a shrimp meal, because I don't really make that at home.
95 loyalty points from wombled receipts.

First Wobble post - two coupons for a free pot of tea from a lovely lady in the M&S cafe queue. Much appreciated by DH and myself!

That one-pot-meal was not one to buy! I finished it, because it wasn't awful, but will definitely not spend €5 on it if I am in a hurry to find a complete meal.

The monthly booklet with coupons from the poshy supermarket close to me came in useful this month (usually, I only get the free product):

60 loyalty points for buying €6 of meat
90 loyalty points for buying €6 of meat
120 loyalty points for buying €9 of meat (these 3 vouchers I used on just the one tray of €9,50 stewing beef :)

40 loyalty points for buying Pukka tea (St Nicolas gift for husband)
50 loyalty points for buying McCain Airfryer chips (after several taste-tests, we prefer this one)
75 loyalty points for buying 2 bottles of bio strawberry lemonade (to be diluted)
30 loyalty points for buying sm brand vol-au-vent
35 loyalty points for buying sm brand coconut milk
90 loyalty points for buying over €25
179 loyalty points for buying sm brand bio fresh fruit juice 250ml (making the product free)
60 loyalty points for buying €6 of dairy
85 loyalty points for buying Dan1o vanilla yoghurt 450ml
