Picked up a bin liner flying about on the street, €2.

Our council charges for garbage pick-up by only picking up special bin liners that you can buy only at the council or at two specific supermarkets; a roll of 20 costs €40. Glass, paper, plastic bottles, tetra packs, and tins are not charged when put at the curb separately at the designated dates. Garden and kitchen waste costs €40/year for the container, which is emptied fortnightly.
