that letter is a debt colelctor letter as it only gives 7 days

it also doesnt state that they will get a CCJ and harm your credit rating

it warns you that they may take it to court and if successful then a CCJ "MAY" harm your credit rating

the only way it can do that is if you lose and fail to pay IN FULL within one month

so if they take court action against you, try and win first

if you lose, PAY UP IN FULL, WITHIN ONE MONTH and the CCJ will be satisfied and have no impact on your credit rating

they have been economical with the truth, skewing it in order to intimidate you

come back if you get a proper LBC with 30 days notice and financial forms included, or an MCOL in the post (from Northampton CCBC)

    tomorrows deadline is meaningless

and READ that newbies sticky thread until you understand the game you are caught up in
  • Again, thank you guys so much for this. All the red ink and the wording made me extremely worried, thank you so much for this and I will use all resources and when I get the LBC, thank you!

It's only a letter like everyone gets, nothing to worry about getting to your house!

Come back when you really need help at court claim stage, which is where cases are won. And yes, you really DO want to receive a court claim at your house...it signals a likely case won, and scam over his year - no risk/no CCJ as long as you are with us.

AND to complain in writing by email to your local MP and ask them for any help PLUS to ask them to support Sir Greg Knights Parking CoP bill currently going through parliament, to try to curb these sc@mmers

otherwise, nothing will change until the government change it, whichever one is in power at the time
