Urgent help needed with deadline for 10/1/19

I don't even know how to start, but I got a parking charge in september from myparkingcharge where I got a PCN when I was parked WELL outside of the boundaries of their parking areas and got a ticket. I had lurked on the forms here so as stated on the newbie guides I duly made an appeal to them which they declined stating that I was still parked in their land when all their signs and even their own photos clearly show me outside of their areas.

I followed their appeal process in October and I did not get a response back and now I got a letter stating I have to pay for the ticket for £160 with a deadline for tomorrow or stating that they will follow on with a CCJ. I contacted them directly and told them I had appealed the decision and they responded stating they only reply by email which I checked as well and haven't got.

I have got an email from them from back in November stating they will get back in touch however nothing has been sent to myself and I even have photographs from the day where it shows my car being parked outside where the actual area their parking bays are

I don't even know what to do or if I have to pay this, where do I go from here as it shows no way to appeal. Please I would appreciate any help possible at all in this time

So the parking Company is VCS? who is the latest letter from?

The letter states that if their charges aren't paid by the deadline date that they will commence county court proceedings for the recovery of the debt and will get the solicitor and court fees from myself

So its Excel/VCS then, given the company you are dealing with there is nothing further that can be done at this stage, if you get a court claim then come back here.

I am worried mostly because it states that there would be proceedings being made for a CCJ and I do not want to mess up my credit file, but the photos I have and they have on their file as well clearly shows me parked well outside their limits so I feel really severely punished

There was no need to start a thread without reading the sticky FAQS thread, it doesn't help you to start a 'help me, I have no idea what to do' thread on a forum where 90% of your questions are already answered.

Please do spend time reading the relevant section of it, the second post.

We can't possibly help all new posters ad hoc like this, with no reading done yet.
