'New' Customer Deals?

I currently live between my house and my Dad's house (he passed away a few months ago). The broadband deal at my Dad's house comes to an end later this month and I'm, therefore, looking at the options available.
Does anyone know if you are a customer of an ISP, in my case Now TV, whether you can still be classed as a 'new' customer at a 2nd property with the same supplier?
Thanks
